I tested a few Linux distributions on whether they can support my Netgear WG511T pcmcia wlan card out-of-the-box. This Netgear WG511T pcmcia wlan card has the atheros chipset. I plugged it into my Dell Inspiron 600m notebook's pcmcia slot.
Supported out-of-the-box.
